Lincoln man accused of sexually assaulting woman while she slept
LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — A 44-year-old Lincoln man appeared in court Wednesday in a sexual assault case.
Jason Frost, 44, is charged with first-degree sexual assault.
A judge set his bond at $500,000. He must pay $50,000 to be released from jail.
The assault happened about 10 p.m. Sunday at a home near Interstate 80 and Interstate 180, according to the Lincoln Police Department.
A sleeping 31-year-old woman woke up to find Frost sexually assaulting her, court documents say.
She yelled at him, causing him to run away, according to an arrest affidavit.
Police arrested Frost on Tuesday.
His next court appearance is scheduled for Jan. 8.
