Lincoln Police Captain Ryan Dale said officers were called to a home at 4110 North 70th Street around 1:15 Sunday morning after multiple neighbors called reporting hearing over a dozen gunshots.
Officers arrived and found 41-year-old Branden Phillips to be severely agitated, walking in and out of the house.
A crossbow was located in the front yard of the home and a 20 gauge shotgun was located in the backyard with several spent shotgun rounds.
