Lincoln man arrested for shooting bottle rockets in apartment hallway

Lincoln Police arrested 37-year-old Christopher Vance Wednesday night after his neighbors called police reporting a disturbance. 

They said Vance was intoxicated and breaking bottles and shooting off bottle rockets in front of his apartment. Witnesses also said he lit off the fireworks in his apartment hallway. 

When police got there they saw him lighting the fireworks and asked him to stop, he refused. 

Police said an officer asked Vance how much he had to drink and said “not enough.” His BAC was .123. 

He was arrested for disturbing the peace and using bottle rockets in the city.
