Lincoln man dies after falling off roof of east Lincoln home

Lincoln Police say a 68-year-old Lincoln man is dead after falling off a roof at a home in the 8400 block of Navajo Trail.

Police say the man does not live at the home, he was helping an acquaintance clean the gutters when he fell around 3 p.m.

LPD says the acquaintance stepped away for a short time and when they came back they found the man on the ground and immediately called police and performed CPR.

A few minutes after first responders arrived, the man was pronounced deceased. An autopsy is scheduled for Monday.
