LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — A 43-year-old Lincoln man is accused of sexually assaulting a young girl.
Justin Whitlock appeared in Lancaster County Court on Friday on a charge of first-degree sexual assault of a child.
Judge Matt Acton set his bond at $1 million. Whitlock would need to pay $100,000 to be released from jail.
Court documents say Whitlock assaulted a girl on Aug. 4 at his home near 27th and Fair streets.
The victim is under 10 years old, according to an arrest affidavit.
