LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — A Lincoln man accused of dealing methamphetamine was sent to district court on Tuesday.

A Lancaster County Court judge found probable cause to try 25-year-old Da’marsell Miller.

He is charged with possession of more than 140 grams of meth and possession of money while committing a drug offense.

On March 10, investigators were armed with a search warrant for Miller’s home and vehicle.

They followed him from his home near Ninth and D streets to a car wash across town.

After he stopped, they searched his vehicle, where an arrest affidavit says they found a loaded handgun, a small amount of marijuana and $825 in cash.

Investigators then went to his house and found 5 pounds of meth, a digital scale with meth residue three more handguns and a rifle, according to the affidavit.

Miller was originally charged with five weapon violations, but prosecutors have dropped those counts.

He is scheduled to be arraigned in Lancaster County District Court on May 28.
