Lincoln middle schoolers practice ahead of All-City Music Festival concert
LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Over 900 Lincoln Public Schools students participated in the 75th annual All-City Music Festival this year.
The three-day festival was held at four Lincoln high schools: Northwest, Southwest, Southeast and Northeast.
Students from Culler, Irving, Park and Lefler middle schools rehearsed Tuesday before an evening concert at Northeast.
Some Northeast band students helped out the middle schoolers.
“It’s really exciting because they get to come together and play with some of those high school students,” said Amy Holloman, supervisor of music at LPS.
The concert at Northeast will begin at 7 p.m.
