Lincoln motorcyclist dies after driving off I-80 exit ramp

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – A Lincoln man died Saturday after driving off the road on his motorcycle, police say.

Lincoln Police were called around 4 p.m. to Interstate 80 exit 397.

Officers said when they arrived, they found a motorcyclist who had driven off the eastbound exit ramp.

He was taken to a hospital and later died from his injuries.

Police are continuing to investigate the cause of the crash.

The exit ramp was closed temporarily but has been reopened.

Police did not say if any other vehicles were involved.
