Lincoln music lovers have one last chance to catch Jazz in June this year
LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Jazz in June will host its final live music experience of the summer on Tuesday.
The featured artist is Terrance Simien and the Zydeco Experience, playing what the Lied Center describes as a “hypnotic blend of New Orleans funk-reggae.”
Bill Stephan, director of the Lied, said event organizers want to give Lincolnites a finale to remember.
“The Jazz in June is for you, and we bring in artists from all over the world as well as the great artists of Nebraska to enjoy.”
The free concert starts at 7 p.m. in the Sheldon Art Museum’s sculpture garden.
