Lincoln non-profit gives back to those in need during the Christmas season

The Lincoln Giving Tree handed out gifts baskets to more than 40 families today from the Nebraska Sports Center.

The families had to apply in order to get receive this gift basket.

For the organizers giving all of these different families is a lot of work but worth it.

“Absolutely wonderful I love the spirit of Christmas and every child should have a special Christmas,” Shannon Crellin the President of The Lincoln Giving Tree said.
