Lincoln North Star falls to Papillion-La Vista at Union Bank Stadium
LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Lincoln North Star suffered its first loss of the season to Papillion-La Vista on Friday, losing 34-7 at Union Bank Stadium.
The Monarchs scored first on a RJ Vitera touchdown pass to Kale Johnson in the second quarter.
The Navigators defense was doing their part, forcing two turnovers in the first half.
Neither resulted in any points, however, for the Gators.
The Gators got on the board with a touchdown in the fourth quarter, but it didn’t help their cause.
Lincoln North Star drops to 1-1 on the season.
They will be back in action at Elkhorn South on Friday, Sept. 13 at 7:00 p.m.
