Lincoln Pius X escapes Standing Bear in double overtime

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — The Lincoln Pius X football team escaped with a double overtime win over Lincoln Standing Bear on Friday night, beating the Grizzlies 21-14 at home.

The Thunderbolts are now 3-4 on the season and will look to build some late-season momentum against Beatrice next week.

Lincoln Standing Bear falls to 2-5, and will look to regroup against Lincoln Northwest on Friday.
