Lincoln Police Department releases results of anti-impaired driving campaign

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – The Lincoln Police Department completed its anti-impaired driving enforcement campaign on Monday.
It was part of the nationwide Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over campaign, which ran from Aug. 18 to Labor Day.

During that time frame, officers had a “zero-tolerance approach” to impaired drivers, police said.
Police released the results of the campaign in a press release Thursday.

- Traffic signal warnings: 3

- Stop sign warnings: 2
- Seatbelt warnings: 1
- No insurance: 8
