Lincoln Police investigate shots fired

Lincoln Police are working to figure out why a man fired a gun 40 times outside of his home.
It happened near 27th and Cleveland Avenue at 1:00 a.m. Thursday morning.
Police said neighbors told them the suspect fires his gun outside the home often, and they normally don’t call police. But this time, the shooting went on "longer than usual."
Police found 40 shell casings, but there were no injuries.
The investigation is ongoing.
