Lincoln residents asked to provide feedback on BikeLNK service

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – The Lincoln Transportation and Utilities Department is seeking residents’ feedback on the city’s bike share program.
The survey, available until Nov. 22, is an effort to remain responsive and accessible to the community, according to BikeLNK Manager Logan Spackman.
“The 2023 BikeLNK survey will give us a glimpse into how current riders use the service and offer insight into what is holding non-riders back from choosing this sustainable transportation option,” Spackman said. “We are also interested in learning what the biggest perceived advantages to bike share are among users, and for those who do not ride bike share yet, what steps might help better position bike share to serve their needs.”
BikeLNK offers options to rent both traditional bikes, as well as e-bikes. Stations are located in downtown Lincoln and on the University of Nebraska Lincoln’s City and East campuses.
There are currently 21 stations offering a combined 105 traditional bikes and 26 e-bikes. They can be accessed by downloading the BCycle app or on the BikeLNK website.
