Lincoln Southeast takes care of business versus Lincoln High
LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Lincoln Southeast dominated Lincoln High on Friday, winning 49-6.
Southeast’s first offensive play of the night was a 57-yard run by Cash Buettenback, who took it all the way to the end zone for a touchdown.
Unfortunately for Lincoln High, it didn’t get any better from there.
The Knights were scoring any way they pleased: through the air, on the ground, you name it.
Things got out of hand fast, and all of a sudden Southeast was up 35-0 with nine minutes left in the second half.
Ultimately, it just wasn’t the Links’ night.
Next week, Lincoln High (2-4) is matched up against powerhouse Millard South (4-1).
Lincoln Southeast (4-2) will play North Platte (2-3).
