Lincoln scored in the first period off of a Matt Maltais goal.
The Stars added to their lead in the final period after Sioux City pulled its goalie.
Lincoln won all three games in the series, avenging a second-round sweep at the hands of Sioux City last season.
The Stars advance to the Western Conference Finals for the second time in the last three seasons.
