Lincoln woman sentenced to prison again for dealing meth

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — A woman is headed back to federal prison for dealing methamphetamine in Lincoln.

Tiffany Wolfe, 41, of Lincoln was sentenced Wednesday to a total of 14½ years in prison.

U.S. District Judge John Gerrard sentenced her to 13½ years for possession with intent to distribute 50 grams of more of actual methamphetamine.

She also got one year for violating her supervised release from a previous drug conviction.

The case began in April 2023, when Lincoln Police officers pulled over an SUV that Wolfe was riding in.

Officers searched the vehicle and found a shard of meth and 47 small plastic baggies in Wolfe’s purse, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office.

They also discovered a digital scale under her seat, authorities said.

At the Lancaster County Jail, she turned over a bag of meth to staff.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office said Wolfe bought the meth in Omaha just before her arrest and intended to sell some of it.

The bag had at least 100 grams of pure meth, authorities said.

At the time, Wolfe was on supervised release after serving a prison sentence for another federal meth conviction.

After her new prison sentence, Wolfe will spend five years on supervised release.
