Lincoln woman threatens ex-boyfriend’s new girlfriend with steak knife

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – A Lincoln woman stabbed her ex-boyfriend’s car with a 10-inch steak knife while threatening to kill his new girlfriend.

According to Lincoln Police, around 2:00 a.m. this morning Valea Lewis, age 18, visited her ex-boyfriend’s residence, a fight ensued after she saw his new girlfriend in the home.

Lewis forced her way into the house and got ahold of a 10-inch steak knife, threatening to kill the female.

The ex-boyfriend, age 20, and the female, age 21, ran outside and locked themselves into the male’s white Nissan Altima parked outside.

Lewis chased them with the knife and attempted to open the locked car.

The male called the police shortly after Lewis left

Lewis was arrested for Terroristic Threats and Use of a Weapon to Commit a Felony.
