Many restaurants have found their way around covid restrictions with unique outdoor dining options, this will continue as the weather warms

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN)- The Dine Out Lincoln program will be sticking around a little longer. Mayor Leirion Gaylor Baird signed an executive order to extend it through August 31.
This program lets restaurants and other places temporarily expand their business into adjacent outdoor spaces with a streamlined application and no dine-out permit fee.
As part of the program, an outdoor dining review team has the authority to waive or amend code requirements that relate to outdoor dining.
