Hello everyone! Just coming off the footsteps of RENT and its recent announcement that The Phantom of the Opera will be here next season, The Lied Center still has several great events coming up yet this month and I thought we would take a look at them.
Delfeayo Marsalis comes from a family of extremely talented musicians, most notably, his brother Wynton Marsalis on the Trumpet. This concert celebrates the musical heritage of New Orleans that sings and swings with confidence and soul.

There is some rain in the forecast at The Lied, in two different ways actually… the first is Purple Reign The Tribute Show. Directly from Vegas, this is the first tribute act to ever appear as the musical guest on the Late Show with David Letterman.
It’ll feature such tunes as “When Doves Cry,” “Little Red Corvette,” and “Kiss”.
