Lincoln’s Foster Care Closet provides warm clothing at first pop-up event

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – The Foster Care Closet in Lincoln hosted its first pop-up closet event on Sunday at Elliot Elementary School.
The Foster Care Closet uses donations to provide new outfits for children in foster care.
The nonprofit’s goal was to serve over 100 kids throughout the day and provide them with winter clothing.
The next event will be at the American Legion Chapter #36 in Gering.
