Lincoln’s Lux Middle School hosts annual Veterans Day ceremony

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Lux Middle School hosted its annual Veterans Day ceremony early Friday morning.

The tradition was started by 13 Lincoln Public Schools teachers, who were also veterans, back in 1998.

The event featured community members from various military branches and performances by the school’s band and choir.

After the event, students were able to hear from Veterans who visited their classrooms.
