LLCHD: One more COVID death in Lincoln

A woman in her 4os who was hospitalized and unvaccinated died Thursday.

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Lincoln-Lancaster County Health Department reported another death due to COVID-19.

A woman in her 40s who was hospitalized and unvaccinated died from COVID-19. This brings the total number of deaths in Lancaster County to 302.

Currently 96 people are hospitalized with COVID-19, 57 from Lancaster county and 39 from other communities, according to LLCHD.

The risk dial is currently at elevated yellow, which means a moderate risk of COVID-19 spread and impact in the community.
