Louis Vuitton bag, handgun stolen from north Lincoln home, police say

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Around $18,000 of items – including designer bags – were stolen from a north Lincoln home on Tuesday.

The theft was reported around 7:50 a.m. at a home near Ninth and Irving streets.

Police said the residents came home to find that the back door had been forced open.

Several items were stolen, including a black Springfield 9 mm handgun and Chanel and Louis Vuitton bags.

Police estimate the home had $500 in damage.
