LOVB Omaha prepares for inaugural home game

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – LOVB Omaha is gearing up for its first ever home match this Friday against LOVB Madison.

So far this season, the team has a 2-0 overall record and a set record of 6-1.

LOVB Omaha has five former Huskers on the team, including recent alum Lexi Rodriguez.

Jordan Larson, a Husker volleyball assistant, is also on the team.

She spoke on her relationship with Rodriguez, going from her coach to teammate.

Friday’s home game against LOVB Madison is set for a 7 p.m. start.

The team will return to the hardwood Saturday against LOVB Austin at 7 p.m.
