UPDATE: Missing woman’s husband arrested for strangulation

Lincoln Police say Kevin Miller, the husband of missing Kelsey Miller, was arrested Thursday night for strangulation.

Kelsey Miller, 28, was last seen on November 27th in the morning hours around Lincoln. She is described as 5’5″, 190 lbs with dark blond hair and blue eyes. 

According to Ofc. Katie Flood, details of the domestic assault, which occurred on or near November 22, 2014, were reported to investigators by a third party. The assault was not initially reported to LPD, but discovered during the course of the missing person investigation, she said in an e-mail.

Miller, 28, has not been located. The investigation is still active.
