LPD: Driver cited after crashing into vehicle backing out of north Lincoln driveway

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – A driver was cited Tuesday morning after a crash in north Lincoln, police say.

The crash happened around 3:40 a.m. near North 33rd and Vine streets.

Police said a vehicle was heading east when it crashed into a car backing out of a driveway.

A video on the NOW Local News App showed one of the vehicles involved in the crash ending up on a home’s front lawn.

The driver of the eastbound vehicle was cited on suspicion of willful reckless driving, according to police.
