LPD: Man arrested after exposing himself at least twice

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — Monday morning, around 9:30, officers were called to the McDondald’s on K Street on a report of an indecent exposure. Lincoln Police were informed that a 61-year-old man was seen masturbating under his pants in front of the business. Video was provided ‘showing the activity’. The individual was identified as Cornell Preston

Less than an hour later, a man was reported on the 300 block of South 21 Street masturbating underneath his clothes, making lewd and sexual comments at a yoga class. The yoga instructors quickly called the police and moved their class inside. At this time, the man pulled his pants down and continued to masturbate. Again, the man was identified as Cornell.

Cornell was arrested for disturbing the peace and indecent exposure. He was also cited for disturbing the peace and littering.
