LPD: Man broke into downtown Lincoln pawn shop, stole merchandise

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Police are investigating a late Wednesday night break-in at a pawn shop in downtown Lincoln.

Around 10:30 p.m., officers responded to a report of a man exiting through a broken window at Moore Pawn near 16th and M streets.

Police said the man smashed the front window and entered the pawn shop.  He stole merchandise and then left.

An investigation is ongoing.
