LPD: Nearly 10g of meth uncovered Sunday night

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — Nearly 10 grams of meth was confiscated during a Sunday night traffic stop.
A Lincoln Police officer pulled over a white Chevy pickup near 14th and Adams Streets for expired plates.
After running the plates, the officer found the pickup was reported stolen back in December.
The driver, 41-year-old Ramon Serrano had two active arrest warrants and a glass pipe with meth residue was found on his person.
While the passenger, 36-year-old Mikayla Grant had nearly grams of meth in her purse, 1.8 grams in her wallet, and another 4 grams in a wadded up dollar bill.
Lincoln Police also report more than $200 in cash, syringes, and multiple scales were found in the vehicle.
Serrano was arrested on multiple drug and theft charges. While Grant was taken into custody on possession of a controlled substance.
