UPDATE: LPD non-emergency phone lines no longer experiencing technical difficulties

The Lincoln Police Department's non-emergency lines are no longer under maintenance.

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – An LPD spokesperson has confirmed that the non-emergency line is now operational, and you can resume calling 402-441-6000.

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – The Lincoln Police Department non-emergency phone lines at the 911 center are currently experiencing technical difficulties according to an LPD spokesperson.

If in need of non-emergency public safety services you will not be able to reach LPD at 402-441-6000.

Instead you can dial any one of the following numbers:

• 402-441-7245
• 402-441-7246
• 402-441-7247

The outage has not impacted 911 services, and LPD is currently working toward a solution with their telephone partner.
