LPD pulled over 20 drivers for DUI investigations over the weekend
Between September 10th and 12th there were 20 DUI investigations.

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Lincoln Police Department pulled over 20 drivers for DUI investigations between September 10th and 12th.
A woman was arrested just before 3 a.m. on September 11th for DUI and violating a traffic control device at 14th and P St., and at the time of the arrest the woman’s BAC was .179.
The woman was turned over to The Bridge where she was released to a responsible adult.
Around 4:30 a.m., the same woman was arrested for DUI, refusal of a chemical test, and driving without headlights at Highway 2 and Southwood Drive.
The woman failed the Standard Field Sobriety Tests and a breath pre-test.
An LPD spokesperson said to remember to plan ahead and designate a sober driver or utilize a taxi or ride share to avoid a DUI.
