LPD: Three liquor bottles stolen in armed robbery at west Lincoln gas station

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Police are investigating an armed robbery early Monday morning at a west Lincoln gas station.

Around 3:40 a.m., officers were sent to the Casey’s General Store near South Folsom and West A streets on a report of a robbery.

A male, who was wearing a mask, entered the store and stole three liquor bottles before running off, police said.

An employee chased after the thief, according to LPD.

This is when another male got out of a vehicle and threatened the employee with a gun, police said.

The vehicle then drove off.
