LPD: Vandal causes more than $6K in damage at Peter Pan Park

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — Authorities are investigating after someone caused thousands of dollars worth of damage to Peter Pan Park.
Monday afternoon, LPD officers discovered someone spray-painted several slides, picnic tables, swings and other equipment at the park with various profanities.
“It looks like just about everything in that particular area got hit with some spray paint,” Officer Luke Bonkiewicz said.
The damage is estimated at $6,200.
Police have no suspects at this time, and the investigation is ongoing.
