LPD: Windows shot at with BB guns, police investigate

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — According to Lincoln Police, three separate reports were made of windows being shot at with a BB gun.

The vandalism happened Wednesday night, between 7 and 8:30 p.m. The two areas targeted were near 20th and “B” Streets and 19th and “J” Streets.

In one instance, it was house windows that were shot at, in the two others, car windows. The vandalism caused a total of $700 in damages.

Lincoln Police say there were four more vandalism reports near 26th and “T” Streets where windows were also broken out around 9 p.m. These reports total to $600-$700 in damages.

At this time, it is unclear whether these incidents are related.
