Authorities arrested 37-year-old Carl Tubbs and 27-year-old Shauntavis Freeman, both of Michigan, were stopped for following too closely near mile marker 390 on Interstate 80.
Investigators reportedly a pound of cocaine and $9,000 in cash in their van.
Both are facing charges of possession with intent to deliver.
