Mainly dry Sunday, with near normal temperatures
Following a wet and cloudy few days, some sun comes out on Sunday. It will be a mild end to the weekend, more dry time and sun arrive the start of our new work week.
Temperatures will be near normal with many upper 70s and some lower 80s. Another warm yet comfortable day.
Wind gusts pick up Sunday afternoon and evening ranging from 12-25 mph.
There is a small chance for showers overnight Saturday into Sunday. Most will stay dry on Sunday with partly cloudy to mostly sunny skies throughout the day.
Saturday’s storm activity brought ping pong ball sized hail and a few inches of rain for some in NE Nebraska. Following an active morning the storm had moved east out of the state by the afternoon. Some in Lincoln were able to see a pop-up storm in the evening, it brought a downpour with lightning ultimately causing a delay in the Husker game.
