Malcolm (28-2) would also score four runs in the third inning, three of which were bases-loaded walks.
The Clippers turned a double play in the fifth to end the game early, giving them their third-straight Class C title.
“Extremely proud,” said head coach Zach Wehner. “They put in a ton of work in the offseason, during the summer, during our season. They’re just a fun group to be around and (this is) very special for them.”

Center fielder Logan McGreer led the Clippers from the plate, going 3-for-3 with three RBIs and a double.
Senior pitcher Mason Wisnieski threw a shutout game for the Clippers, only allowing two hits and fanning six batters.
“You can’t believe doing it three times in a row, it’s a blessing,” said Wisnieski. “We played really good ball today. Worked pitchers, worked at bats, made them throw strikes. When they couldn’t we took advantage of it.”
