Just after 1:30 a.m., officers responded to Cappy’s Bar near 48th Street and Nebraska Parkway on reports of a drunken person claiming to have a gun in his vehicle.
Witnesses told officers that 40-year-old Brett Bauers had verbally threatened an employee.
