The Lincoln Police Department said Wednesday that Justin Enfield, 19, was arrested on suspicion of two counts of DUI causing serious bodily injury and fleeing to avoid arrest.
On Sept. 19, just after midnight, an officer tried pulling over a Nissan Frontier that was seen speeding on Nebraska Parkway.
The truck took off on 27th Street, but to protect the public, the officer did not give chase, police said.
