Man accused of raping 15-year-old girl in Lincoln apartment
A man is accused of raping a 15-year-old girl, according to court documents.
Jason Sabio, 22, is charged with first degree sexual assault of a minor stemming back to July.
The alleged rape took place at an apartment near 12th and E Street.
Sabio is due to appear in court next month.
