Man accused of sexually assaulting child in Lincoln
LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – A man is facing felony charges in the sexual assault of a girl in Lincoln.
Maison Jackson, 36, was charged Friday with third-degree sexual assault of a child and child abuse.
If convicted, Jackson could spend up to six years in prison.
On June 15, a woman reported that her daughter had been “touched inappropriately” by Jackson, an arrest affidavit alleges.
After an investigation, which included an interview with the victim, Lincoln Police arrested Jackson on Wednesday.
Lancaster County Judge Thomas Zimmerman set Jackson’s bond at $200,000, according to court documents.
