LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – A man was arrested Monday after aiming a gun at another driver on Interstate 80 in York County, the sheriff’s office says.

Around 4:20 p.m., dispatchers received a call regarding a weapons violation and traffic complaint on I-80 near Waco.

The caller reported that someone was driving aggressively and cutting in between vehicles.

This is when a driver, later identified as 28-year-old Marc Chapman of Fremont, pointed the firearm at the aggressive driver, according to the sheriff’s office.

Deputies found both vehicles involved on I-80 near Milford.

During an investigation, deputies found a handgun inside Chapman’s vehicle.

He was arrested on suspicion of using a weapon to commit a felony, terroristic threats and false reporting.
