Man stunned with Taser after standoff in west Lincoln

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Police responded to a disturbance Friday in a west Lincoln neighborhood.
A user of the NOW Local News App shared a video showing several officers at a home near West South Street and Coddington Avenue.
Police said a man — who has a knife — was refusing to come out of the home. Officers tried negotiating with him.
He eventually came out and was shocked with a Taser, according to a Channel 8 report at the scene.
There is no immediate risk to the public, according to police.
