Man arrested, accused of enticing 15-year-old girl
A man has been arrested on suspicion of trying to entice a 15-year-old girl.
Christopher M. Sanchez, 22, was booked in Lancaster County Jail Wednesday for felony child enticement with an electronic device.
On March 6, Lincoln Police officers were dispatched to a restaurant near 57th and O to search for a missing 15-year-old girl with developmental delays, according to a police report.
According to the report, police believe the teen was on her way to meet a man, identified by police as Sanchez, she had been communicating with online. Sanchez sent the girl explicit photos and messages, despite her telling him how old she was, the report said.
Sanchez had not appeared in court as of Thursday morning.
