Man arrested at LPD Trunk or Treat event

A man was arrested at the LPD Trunk or Treat event Tuesday evening.

Witnesses say he was disturbing other people in line, and refused to cooperate with police. 

Officers were forced to use tasers to bring him into custody.

There were no injuries and the identify of the man is still unknown at this time.
