Authorities have arrested a man in connection to a north Lincoln stabbing that happened over the weekend.

Authorities have arrested a man in connection to a north Lincoln stabbing that happened over the weekend.
Lincoln Police Department officers contacted a 64-year-old man who a three-to-four inch cut on his arm, and told officers he had been at his home with several other people when a man became upset and began knocking things over inside the home, police said.
The victim asked the man, identified by LPD as 56-year-old Bryan D. Rusco, to leave when Rusco began punching him several times in the face and slashed his arm, police said. The victim told officers he used a pipe to defend himself.
Multiple witnesses confirmed the victim’s story and police later arrested Rusco and located the suspected knife he used, police said.
Rusco was lodged for second-degree assault and use of a deadly weapon to commit a felony.
