Man arrested in deadly western Nebraska crash

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – A man was arrested Tuesday after a deadly crash in rural western Nebraska, the state patrol says.
The crash happened around 3:30 p.m. on Highway 385, just north of Bridgeport in Morrill County.
The Nebraska State Patrol said a Chevy Express delivery van was heading south when it crashed into a Ford F-150 waiting for cattle to cross the road.
The driver of the Ford, 65-year-old Kim Wills of Alliance, was taken to a hospital, where she later died.
The patrol said the van’s driver, 21-year-old Daniel Flores of Mitchell, was arrested on suspicion of motor vehicle homicide and careless driving.
