Man assaulted, robbed while playing game at WarHorse Casino in Lincoln, police say
LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – A man was playing games at the WarHorse Casino in Lincoln on Saturday when he was robbed, police say.
The victim, a 51-year-old man, was approached by a man and woman, whom he knew, while playing a game, according to LPD.
They got into a fight, which included “pushing and wrestling,” police said.
The victim was pushed into a slot machine and punched in the face by the man, LPD said.
When security arrived, the man and woman left the casino. This is when the victim realized that his wallet, containing cards and cash, had been stolen.
An investigation is ongoing.
